The prices are extremely comparable to what you would find on Amazon, but the difference in design and craftsmanship is unmistakable. The treats and food are all natural, ensuring your dog gets the best. Additionally, the dog grooming services are exceptional, as they only take one pup at a time, allowing for personalized attention. The owner is incredibly kind and shows a true passion for what he does. This is not just another pet shop; it is a thoughtfully curated space where dogs and their humans feel welcomed and cared for. Our rescue pup arrived quite stinky, and while the foster parents thought he’d be fine with water, we learned during our grooming appointment at the Good Dog Collective that he’s just not ready yet. The team never made us feel bad or embarrassed, and instead took the time to ensure he felt safe and comfortable. The pet boutique itself is quiet and peaceful, and I could easily see it being a great fit for other dogs. We also learned they provide a discount for rescue dog parents (15%) and will return treats if your dog doesn’t like them. As we figure out what our boy likes and how picky an eater he is, that gesture really means a lot. It’s clear they’re passionate about what they do, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful communication and support. I feel very confident bringing Henry back once he’s more settled, and I see us popping into the Good Dog Collective for treats regularly!

I had a great experience today at the Good Dog Collective, a wonderful pet boutique! I have a very small 2.3-pound Yorkie with a long coat, and I am EXTREMELY protective of her due to her tiny size and her energetic personality. I was quite nervous about taking my Fufu somewhere new for dog grooming, but the staff really listened to my instructions, showing incredible patience with her and taking their time. They even texted me updates to let me know she was doing well (I think they could tell I was really stressed 😅), which was such a thoughtful gesture. Fufu looks fresh and beautiful after her grooming! I love the double knot too! I’m so glad I found my go-to spot at Good Dog Collective for Fufu’s bath and brush. Thank you, Good Dog Collective!

Honestly, this is the best dog grooming experience I’ve ever had for my dog and quite possibly the best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered, period. I decided to bring my dog to Good Dog Collective after a short interaction with the owner, and I’m so glad I did. The owner is incredibly warm, kind, and knowledgeable—exactly what you want when you’re leaving your dog with someone. I’m one of those doodle owners who probably shouldn’t have a doodle because of how much maintenance they require, and most grooming places just end up shaving her. Iris did the groom at this pet boutique, and this is truly the best groom Norm has ever had. Not only did she receive a proper groom without being shaved, but she looks amazing and was so happy afterwards; she wasn’t even scared, which has never happened before. They went above and beyond in every way. The weather was horrible, and the owner saw me struggling with my baby and the dog, so he brought Norm home to me himself. He even gave my infant son a little present to congratulate us, which genuinely touched me. Thank you again. I can’t wait to bring Norm back! 💛🐾

Updated review for dog grooming: I took my mini Aussie shepherd to Good Dog Collective for a cleaning and grooming, and I was blown away by how great he looks now, thanks to Iris. She was incredibly patient with my pup, ensuring he wasn’t too stressed out (he hates visiting groomers). By the end of the grooming session, my pup was in love with Iris. I’ve tried a couple of places in Toronto, but I have to say, Good Dog Collective has been the best all around. They offer the best cut and clean in a spacious, open grooming area (you won’t find any crates here!). Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic pet boutique!
