Good Dog Collective is a true gem in Toronto. Everything in the store is carefully hand picked and tailored. The clothing pieces are by designers and seasonal, not the kind of items you can easily find online. The harnesses are also very unique and imported, making them stand out for both style and quality. The prices are extremely comparable to what you would find on Amazon but the difference in design and craftsmanship is obvious.
The treats and food are all natural. The grooming services are also special because they only take one pup at a time.
The owner is incredibly kind and you can tell he has a true passion for what he does. This is not just another pet shop, it is a thoughtfully curated space where dogs and their humans feel welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend.

Our rescue pup arrived quite stinky, and while the foster parents thought he’d be fine with water, we learned during our grooming appointment that he’s just not ready yet. The team never made us feel bad or embarrassed, and instead took the time to ensure he felt safe and comfortable. The space itself is quiet and peaceful, and I could easily see it being a great fit for other dogs.
We also learned they provide a discount for rescue dog parents (15%) and will return treats if your dog doesn’t like them. As we figure out what our boy likes and how picky an eater he is, that gesture really means a lot.
It’s clear they’re passionate about what they do, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful communication and support. I feel very confident bringing Henry back once he’s more settled and I see us popping in for treats regularly!
I have definitely found my spot for Fufu’s bath and brush
I had a great experience today at the good dog collective :) I have a very small 2.3 pound Yorkie with a long coat. I am EXTREMELY protective of her because of her tiny size and because she is a crazy critter and can be hard to handle. I was so nervous taking my Fufu somewhere new, but the staff listened to my instructions, were so patient with her and took their time. They even texted me to let me know she was doing well (I think they knew I was really stressed 😅) and that was so nice for me. Fufu looks fresh and beautiful! I love the double too knot too! I have definitely found my spot for Fufu’s bath and brush :) thank u Good Dog Collective!

Such a great shop in the community for amazing dog products, food, treats and fashion - many of which are now home with us 😁. A kind and welcoming vibe for both Timbit and I each time we walk through the door. We consistently receive such attentive support with lots of great recommendations and options that go above and beyond. So lucky to have the Good Dog Collective in the neighbourhood!

It’s become my go-to spot for everything my pup could ever need, from the tastiest treats and stylish clothes to fun accessories that always get compliments. Their grooming services are equally fantastic, with so much care and attention to detail that my dog leaves looking and feeling their best.
What I love most is that it’s not just about one thing, they cover all the in-between needs too, making it such a one-stop shop. You can tell they truly care about dogs and their humans, and the quality of everything they offer shows it. Highly recommend to anyone who wants the best for their pup!

Honestly, this is the best grooming experience I’ve ever had for my dog and quite possibly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, period.
I decided to bring my dog here after a short interaction with the owner, and I’m so glad I did. The Owner is incredibly warm, kind, and knowledgeable, exactly what you want when you’re leaving your dog with someone. I’m one of those doodle owners who probably shouldn’t have a doodle because of how much maintenance they need, and most grooming places just end up shaving her.
Iris did the groom, and this is truly the best groom Norm has ever had. Not only did she get a proper groom without being shaved, but she looks amazing and was so happy afterwards, she wasn’t even scared, which has never happened before.
They went above and beyond in every way. The weather was horrible, and he saw me struggling with my baby and the dog, so he brought Norm home to me himself. He even gave my infant son a little present to congratulate us, which genuinely touched me.
Thank you again. I can’t wait to bring Norm back 💛🐾

Updated review for grooming: Took my mini Aussie shepherd for a cleaning and grooming. Was blown away by how good he looks now thanks to Iris. She was super patient with my pup making sure he wasn’t too stressed out (he hates going to the groomers). By the end of the grooming my pup was in love with Iris. I’ve been to a couple of places in Toronto and have to say, Good Dog Collective has been the best all around. Best cut and clean, open grooming space (you won’t find any crates here!)
Highly recommended!
